The yeast worked on Casanova up to an alcohol level of above 17%.

The residual sweetness along with the unobtrusive but unmistakable strength give a wholly aromatic and seductive result with a refined nose. The bouquet of this aperitif wine opens wonderfully if poured into the glass over an ice cube at room temperature.
