Shipping & Returns
Our delivery network covers the whole of Greece. Place your order on domaineflorian.com and receive your wines at your desired location. Deliveries are made to your address within 1-4 working days for Greece and 4-6 working days for all other destinations starting from the confirmation of your order received by email.
The standard shipping method is the available courier company and costs are calculated at the checkout of your order.
Order’s delivery method is selected by the user at the completion of the ordering process. Available delivery methods are:
Courier delivery
Delivery of the products to the user’s / customer’s address is carried out by a private courier shipping company at the postal address the user / customer has declared at the stage of ordering. It is possible, within the Attica region, delivery can be made both by domaineflorian.com own means and by a partner.
The delivery cost within the Center of Attica region is 3.5 € regardless of size and order weight, while orders whose value exceeds 50 €, do not have shipping costs.
For orders outside the region of Attica, cost is determined according to the weight of the products and is calculated at the last stage of completion of the order. The total weight of the products of each order is calculated automatically.
In the case of shipping outside the region of Attica in Greece, and if the order exceeds 50 €, the shipping options are activated and it’s the customer’s choice.
The customer will be charged with the transportation costs that will be determined by the shipping company and the amount is required to be paid directly to the shipping company upon delivery of the order.
Product delivery is completed within four (4) working days from the day of placing the order, unless otherwise specified on the product page. domaineflorian.com will not be held responsible for the consequences resulting from a delay in delivery or loss of the package by the shipping company.
Store Pickup
Alternatively, the user / customer can collect their order from the Domaine Florian Winery, located at Trilofos 57500. Prior phone call is required from customer to Domaine Florian, to confirm availability. Store Pickup is free of charge.
Upon collection of the order, the user / customer must check that products correspond to the ones of their order and, if they do not, indicate any anomaly. Product returns will only be accepted for products in their original condition and with their original packaging.
All the above prices include VAT. Once your order is placed, you will automatically be notified via email with the progress of your order.
At each stage the customer can check the shipping costs which are automatically calculated and shown separately in the Order Form. Shipping cost calculation is done based on the order’s value, total weight and delivery address.
Note: domaineflorian.com is not responsible if for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) cannot deliver products within the specified time.
Returns
If a product you received from the domaineflorian.com arrives broken or corrupt, it is the responsibility of the Seller to cooperate and replace the product. In case of broken bottles on arrival, please photograph and send us the photo in order to communicate with the shipping company. It is important to keep your proof of purchase and the receipt slip of the transport company.
