The single Vineyard is located 500 meters from the coastline of the Epanomi Peninsula. The fermentation takes place at lower limit temperatures in stainless steel, finished and matured for 4 months on the fine lees.
EYES, NOSE, PALATE
In the glass, light lemon color with greenish reflections.
Rich nose with a sweet tinge of green and fruity aromas. Notes of apricot, passion fruit and pineapple actively participate in the wonderful bouquet. Hints chamomile, chalk and quince appear while it remains in the glass. Exotic fruits, Mango, Maracuja and peach predominate the aromatic cluster of the long aftertaste.
On its own, grilled or fried fish of any kind.
