Christos Diplas holds a BSc and MSc in Agricultural Science from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is a certified olive oil taster. His deep knowledge of Greek olive varieties and terroir, combined with a passion for agritourism and hospitality, makes him the perfect guide to unlock the world of extra virgin olive oil — from grove to glass.
