Winery Team Member – All-Round Position (Full-Time, 40hrs/week)
We're a small, family-run boutique winery looking for a versatile, energetic team member to become part of our close-knit crew.
This is a hands-on, all-round role where no two days are the same. As part of our small team, everyone contributes to every aspect of the winery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and assisting with wine sales and tastings
- Food and wine service during evening shifts
- Wine packaging, labelling, and preparation for delivery
- Delivering wines to clients and visiting retail locations (cavas) to promote and sell our wines
- Maintaining the winery, tasting areas, restrooms, and kitchen to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Supporting wherever the team needs you — this is a true all-round role
Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings (8-hour shifts ending at 1:30am), plus two 8-hour shifts during the working week. Overtime is compensated in accordance with Greek labour law.
Who we're looking for:
Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy to roll up their sleeves. A positive attitude and willingness to learn matter more than any specific qualification. That said, experience in hospitality, food service, or retail is welcome, and any background in wine — whether through formal studies (e.g. sommelier training, oenology, WSET certification) or hands-on experience — is a real bonus.
