Every dish is made individually, to order, and from scratch. Our chef shops fresh each morning, and much of what reaches your plate is grown just steps away, in the garden of Domaine Florian. The result is a seasonal summer à la carte of fresh fish, seafood and Mediterranean flavours — no ready-made sauces, only honest ingredients treated with respect, so each dish tastes of exactly what it is. All of this asks a little patience of you — but the reward is worth the wait. So let the time pass gently: a good glass of wine in hand, panoramic views over the vineyards and the Thermaikos Bay, as the sun sets slowly over the mountains of Naoussa. Take your time.
