TherOina №06 · Ocean's Eleven (1960)

The Rat Pack robs Vegas. You bring the wine.

Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr. and the rest of the Rat Pack in the heist film that invented cool. Eleven war buddies, five casinos, one New Year's Eve — and more swagger than any film has a right to contain. Forget the remake: this is the original, where the plot is almost beside the point and the real show is watching Sinatra and Martin own every frame. A film best enjoyed exactly the way they'd have wanted — with a drink in hand, good company, and nowhere to be in the morning. Screened in the original language with Greek subtitles, at tables throughout the evening — so you can enjoy wine and food while you watch.

The Heist That Invented Cool

Eleven war buddies reunite for the ultimate job: rob five Las Vegas casinos simultaneously on New Year's Eve. The plan is audacious. The execution is effortless. And the Rat Pack — Sinatra, Martin, Davis Jr., Lawford, Bishop — play it all with the loose, magnetic charm of men who know the camera loves them. Lewis Milestone lets them run, and the result is less a heist thriller than a hangout film disguised as one — the kind of movie where every scene feels like you've walked into the best party in town. The 1960 original that started it all, long before George Clooney got the keys. Screened in the original language with Greek subtitles, at tables throughout the evening — so you can enjoy wine and food while you watch.

Escape to the Vineyards

A world away, just a short drive

Leave the city behind. No traffic. No noise. Just the last light fading over the vines, the scent of summer in the air, and a classic film flickering to life on the big screen. Domaine Florian sits nestled in the hills of Trilofos — close enough for an easy drive, far enough to feel like a world away. Settle into a table under the stars, a glass of estate wine in hand, and let the night unfold.

Slow Food. Estate Wines. Take Your Time.

Leave the stress behind. Savoir vivre — wine and food need time.

Modern Greek cuisine by Head Chef Nikos Papachristodoulou, crafted to pair with our estate wines. In our kitchen, good things take time: we follow the Slow Food philosophy — a quiet rebellion against fast food and the hurried way of eating that comes with it. We believe food should be good, clean, and prepared with care, and that a fine meal and a glass of wine in good company are meant to be savoured, not rushed. Every dish is made individually, to order, and from scratch. Our chef shops fresh each morning, and much of what reaches your plate is grown just steps away, in the garden of Domaine Florian. The result is a seasonal summer à la carte of fresh fish, seafood and Mediterranean flavours — no ready-made sauces, only honest ingredients treated with respect, so each dish tastes of exactly what it is. All of this asks a little patience of you — but the reward is worth the wait. So let the time pass gently: a good glass of wine in hand, panoramic views over the vineyards and the Thermaikos Bay, as the sun sets slowly over the mountains of Naoussa. Take your time. The pleasure is worth it.

Our main dinner menu is available from 17:00 to 22:00. If you'd like a full Slow Food dinner before the film, let us know when booking so we can arrange your table accordingly.
