We Are Looking for a Sous Chef to Join Our Team

At Domaine Florian, our kitchen is an extension of who we are: a family-run winery committed to authenticity, hospitality, and exceptional culinary experiences. As we continue to expand our gastronomy concept, we are looking for a passionate Sous Chef who will help shape the next chapter of our restaurant.

About the Role

The Sous Chef will play a key part in our culinary team, contributing to menu development, kitchen preparation, smooth service flow, and the overall quality of our dishes.
Our cuisine is seasonal, elegant, and inspired by the flavors of Northern Greece — with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and respect for ingredients.

This role consists of three night shifts per week (approximately 8 hours each):
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Every Friday we host live music, and throughout the year we run a variety of events including tastings, private dinners, and weddings — offering the possibility of additional shifts for the right candidate.
