We Are Looking for a Kitchen Assistant / Dishwasher / Runner

At Domaine Florian, our winery kitchen operates as a close-knit team where every role contributes to creating an exceptional guest experience. As our gastronomy and event activities continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and energetic Kitchen Assistant / Dishwasher / Runner to support daily operations and help maintain smooth service flow.

About the Role

This is a versatile position with a variety of responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys dynamic work and working closely with others. Main duties include:

• Preparing charcuterie platters

• Assisting with dessert preparation

• Dishwashing and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness

• General housekeeping duties within the winery

• Supporting the kitchen team during service

You will be an important member of our small team, contributing directly to both kitchen operations and overall guest experience.

Shifts:

• Thursday night

• Friday night (live music evenings)

• Saturday night
  (3×8-hour shifts per week, with the possibility of additional shifts in the future)

Because we regularly host weddings, private dinners, tastings, and other events, there are opportunities for this role to grow over time.
