Led in Greek by expert sommelier Dimitris Karetos, this first session will guide you through the fundamentals of wine tasting, focusing on three of our estate wines: a white, a rosé, and a red. Together, we’ll explore the building blocks of tasting—aroma, color, and aftertaste—in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

Each wine will be paired with a thoughtfully chosen small bite to enhance your tasting experience and highlight the flavors in your glass.
