Thessaloniki-based vocal trio Blue Vinyl bring the timeless sound of the golden era to Domaine Florian — pop, folk-country, rock and blues-rock through three voices and the kind of rich close harmonies that don't get written anymore. Bee Gees, The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, Roy Orbison, CCR, Everly Brothers, Elvis Presley — with a French detour into Christophe and Enrico Macias. A summer Friday made for sing-alongs and a slow glass of wine.

Ο επικεφαλής σεφ μας, Νίκος Παπαχριστοδούλου, φέρνει μια δεκαετία εμπειρίας από κουζίνες σε όλη την Ελλάδα και την Ευρώπη — από τη Θεσσαλονίκη μέχρι το Παρίσι, από την Κρήτη μέχρι τα νησιά. Το στυλ του είναι σύγχρονο ελληνικό: παραδοσιακές γεύσεις παρασκευασμένες με γαλλική και ιταλική τεχνική. Κάθε πιάτο στο μενού του έχει δημιουργηθεί για να ταιριάζει με τα κρασιά που καλλιεργούμε λίγα μόλις βήματα από το τραπέζι σας. Φρέσκο, τοπικό, εποχιακό — και σχεδιασμένο για να σας εκπλήξει.
