WINEMAKING
Single Vineyard located on the Epanomi Peninsula, 500 meters from the coastline. The fermentation starts in temperature controlled stainless-steel Tanks and finalized in 300 ltr. oak barrels. Thereafter the wine is matured for six months in on the lees.
EYES, NOSE, PALATE
In the glass, pale lemon with golden twist, on the nose, after a short breath, grapefruit, honey melon, mango and biscuit. Complemented by light notes of mature peach and tobacco, forming a complex and interesting bouquet.
Beautiful body and well-balanced acidity, with melon, peach, bergamot, pear, toast, vanilla and hazelnut on the typical “fume” aroma.
The barrel ageing creates a pleasant buttery feel on the palate with a long spicy and smoky aftertaste.
