WINEMAKING
Single Vineyard located on the Epanomi Peninsula, 500 meters from the coastline. The fermentation is completed in temperature controlled stainless-steel Tanks. Thereafter the wine is matured for four months in 300 ltr. oak barrels on the lees.
EYES, NOSE, PALATE
In the glass, pale lemon with golden twist, while the nose is strongly aromatic with melon, mango and biscuit. Complementing notes of mature peach, tobacco, vanilla and fig leaves create a highly interesting bouquet.
It has a moderate volume body and well balanced acidity, while the intensity of the Aroma is uncompromised. Melon, peach, bergamot, pear, toast, vanilla and hazelnut, all in perfect balance. Resulting in a buttery feel on the palate with a long lasting spicy, smoky aftertaste.
