The vineyards are located close to our Winery in the periphery of the Trilofos /Epanomi wine – region. Slowly fermented in temperature controlled stainless-steel tanks at and matured on its lees for 4 months before racking. Complete fermentation with virtually no residual sugar, produces a dry and fresh wine.

This light golden wine develops a vast variety of florid Aromas in the nose as on the palate which are still present long after the finish. Primarily green apple, grassy aromas, lime, elderflower and rose petals are accompanied by peach, honey melon, combined with a touch of the very particular Terroir.
